Payment Policy
Payment is required in full at the time services are rendered.
We do not offer in-house financing and do not participate in third-party financing programs.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- All major credit cards
- Cash
- Personal checks
Please note that all surgical and non-surgical services must be paid in full prior to treatment.
No Refund Policy
- All fees for services rendered are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Surgical procedures
- Non-surgical treatments
- Deposits and prepaid services
Once a treatment or procedure has been performed, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
